The Site is operated by BlueMount Software Private Limited ("BlueMount"), a company registered in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our Corporate Identification Number and other statutory details are available from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

3. Intended use

The Site is a marketing and informational website for BlueMount's software consulting and product engineering services. Content is provided for general information purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice for any specific situation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code samples, and layout — is owned by BlueMount or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 5. Engagements and proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this Site, scheduling an introductory call, or receiving a proposal from us does not create a binding engagement. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement executed by both parties.

7. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim connected to the Site is limited to INR 1,000.
